What is media, how does it work and what are its effects on society?

What is Media? 

The media are all the means by which we communicate our message to others.

There are basically two types of media.

1. Print Media
2. Electronic media

These two types have further sub-types of media. But Here we just talk about only types of media and there Different mediums. Detailed Discussion is next part of serious.

1.Print media

Print media includes all the means by which we communicate in writing.

Book

The book is the oldest form of media. It begins with the inspired scriptures.

Newspaper

The printing of newspapers was also done with the invention of the printing press.

Magazines

The history of magazines is as old as the printing press. Magazines have been printed in every era, in every region of the world.

2. Electronic media

Electronic media includes all the means that require electrical energy to communicate.

Telephone

The telephone is also the best source of media.

Radio

Radio is the oldest of the electronic media.

Television

Television continues to be important in today's world.

Internet

The latest form of media which has developed tremendously in a very short period of time.
